Lee
Founder & Clinical Director
Lee is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Practice, bringing over 18 years of experience within healthcare and nine years dedicated to aesthetic medicine.
As the owner of Palm Springs Aesthetics and Palm Springs Aesthetics Training, Lee has built a reputation for delivering safe, ethical, and results-driven treatments, alongside high-quality, supportive education for healthcare professionals entering the aesthetics field.
Lee is also a medical faculty member for Vivacy, a role he has held for the past four years, where he delivers advanced training across the UK in skin boosters and dermal filler treatments. His teaching style is recognised for being approachable, clinically robust, and focused on developing confident, competent practitioners.
Alongside this, Lee plays a key role in supporting non-medical prescribers as a V300 Practice Assessor, having guided numerous students successfully through their prescribing qualifications.
Alana
Senior Pharmacist & Lead Trainer
Alana is a highly experienced pharmacist with over 25 years in clinical practice, bringing a depth of medical knowledge and patient-centred care into the field of aesthetics over the past five years.
As an advanced aesthetics practitioner and V300 Independent Prescriber mentor, Alana has supported and guided numerous healthcare professionals through their prescribing qualifications, helping them develop safe, ethical, and confident practice. Her teaching is known for being supportive, structured, and clinically grounded, ensuring every student feels equipped to practise to a high standard.
Alana’s approach to aesthetics is centred on achieving natural, refined results that enhance rather than alter. She is deeply committed to safety, governance, and evidence-based practice, with a strong emphasis on responsible use of prescription-only medicines and maintaining the highest professional standards.
Debbie
Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner & Lead Trainer
Debbie is an Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner and Lead Trainer, with over 15 years of clinical experience as a Registered Midwife specialising in home birth and women-centred care. She brings a unique blend of medical expertise, education, and compassionate, patient-centred care into the field of aesthetics, where safety, trust, and natural results always come first.
Alongside her clinical work, Debbie holds a PGCE and previously worked as a university course leader, teaching and mentoring pre-registration nurses and midwives while leading a team of lecturers. This strong educational foundation allows her to deliver training in a way that feels clear, structured, and approachable, helping students build both knowledge and confidence step by step.
With over three years’ experience in aesthetics and as the founder of her own clinic, Debbie specialises in anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers for the ageing face, and regenerative treatments including polynucleotides, PRP, and skin boosters. She is particularly known for her calm, nurturing teaching style and her commitment to ensuring students feel fully supported throughout their learning experience.
Passionate about guiding practitioners at the start of their journey, Debbie focuses on building safe, confident clinicians who understand not just how to perform treatments, but how to care for their clients properly, with a strong emphasis on ethics, patient safety, and natural, balanced results.
